STOCK UP Colt McCoy/Cleveland Browns McCoy wont be on anyones radar as a starting Fantasy quarterback most likely, but hes done enough in the preseason to warrant serious consideration as a strong No. 2 candidate. The Browns are employing a West Coast offense this season, which will surely make McCoys number of attempts go up substantially.
