Buffalo Bills: The Bills come in with an offense that finished middle of the road last season. Averaging just over 23 points a game, the Bills should improve drastically on that number. The first half of last season the Bills offense was a very useful unit in terms of fantasy and could be useful once again this season.

The New York Jets defense took a step back last season, while they are still solid in the secondary teams learned that they could run the ball on them averaging 111.1 yards per game. Fred Jackson was a monster last season before getting injured and will pick it up again to start the year off.

Good Starts: Fred Jackson

Middle of the road: Stevie Johnson

Bad starts: Ryan Fitzpatrick, David Nelson, C.J. Spiller

New York JetsIt is no mystery that the Jets offense has struggled mightily this

preseason. So much so that the first team offense has still not scored a touchdown. The Jets offense sputtered all year last season and finished as the No. 25 offense in the league. The offense appears to not have made any improvements and may have actually digressed this off-season. It's just a messy situation for the "Gang Green's" offense.

Usually the subject of a punch line, Shonn Greene has no L.T. taking away carries or another back pushing him for carries. The Bills rushing defense was poor last season allowing 139.0 yards per game and 19 touchdowns. Greene may not be the "flashiest" play but he should have a solid start to the season.

Good Starts: Shonn Greene

Middle of the road: Santonio Holmes

Bad starts: Mark Sanchez, Tim Tebow, Stephen Hill
