Seattle Seahawks: Head Coach Pete Caroll has his work cut out for him once again in Seattle. Starting a rookie quarterback, having a declining number one wide receiver and a not so productive tight end, the Seahawks offense looks to be a struggling unit once again this season. But those new uniforms are crazy awesome! Just saying.
Russel Wilson has had an unbelievable preseason and easily beat out Matt Flynn for the starting quarterback job. Marshawn Lynch hasn't practiced much this week (back spasms) making rookie Robert Turbin a good start if Lynch is a no go. Sidney Rice hasn't seen enough football action to prove that he can go out there and contribute right away.
Good starts:Robert Turbin
Middle of the road:Russel Wilson, Sidney Rice
Bad starts: Doug Baldwin, Braylon Edwards, Zach Miller

Arizona Cardinals: Head Coach Ken Whisenhunt took all off-season to name his
starting quarterback. This is usually good for a team because that means that both quarterbacks were playing at a high enough level to be a starter in the NFL. Unfortunately this was not the case for the Cardinals as it looked like neither guy wanted the job and both played bad enough to not deserve the job, but like everything else Coach Whiz had to make a choice and that choice was John Skelton.
The match-up this week is against a quietly strong defense. The Seahawks finished in the top ten defenses last season. Larry Fitzgerald is an obvious must start. With Beanie Wells being added to the injury report today Ryan Williams becomes a decent play.
Good Starts: Larry Fitzgerald
Middle of the road:Ryan Williams, Beanie Wells
Bad Starts: Andre Roberts, Early Doucet, Todd Heap, Robert Housler
