Both teams come into this game with a 3-4 record and are both on the path of improvement.
The Raiders have won their last two games in a row while the Buccaneers have won two of their last three.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Josh Freeman has really turned it up the last three weeks.
Freeman became the first Buccaneers quarterback to throw for three touchdowns in three consecutive games. With a friendly match-up this week, Freeman is a good bye-week filler.
Doug Martin is quickly becoming the centerpiece to the young Buccaneers' offense. He had an impressive month of October and averaged 155.7 yards from scrimmage per game.
Martin looks to have another solid outing this week against a Raiders defense that gives up 102 rushing yards per game.
Vincent Jackson is still Vincent Jackson last time I checked. One of the biggest high risk/high reward guys in fantasy football, but still a guy who is hard to sit.
Mike Williams has had some good weeks this season and could be a good bye-week filler if he catches a touchdown.
Good starts: Josh Freeman, Doug Martin, Vincent Jackson
Middle of the road: Mike Williams
Bad starts: Dallas Clark
Oakland Raiders: Carson Palmer has thrown for plenty of yards (1,941 yards on the season) but has struggled to find the end zone and has only thrown for nine on the season. Tampa Bay has the league's worst passing defense and could give up a touchdown or two to Palmer.
Darren McFadden has not been the player that many thought he could be if he stayed healthy this long. McFadden is averaging well under four yards per carry and has only two rushing touchdowns through seven games.
Denarius Moore has come on strong as of late and has scored a touchdown in four of his five games played. Moore is getting plenty of targets and has the talent to put together a solid season.
Good starts: Darren McFadden
Middle of the road: Darrius Heyward-Bey, Denarius Moore, Brandon Myers
