He left home after high school to attend Syracuse University. At Syracuse he witnessed Dwight Freeney sack Michael Vick five times, the glory of Carmello Anthony and the 2003 National Championship. After graduating he returned to Boston just in time to feel tear gas in his eyes on Landsdowne Street celebrating the Red Sox World Series. In 2005 he moved to New York City to pursue a career in television production. That summer he joined the staff of what was than known as “a spin off of the Daily Show”. What was a six-month job on a Comedy Central pilot became “The Colbert Report”. He has been part of the staff, working in the footage department ever since. When not at work he resides on the Lower East Side of New York City spending far too much time on sports to not write about it. He can be found at “The Blue Seats” on Ludlow Street watching the game.
