Adrian Peterson Ruled Out

Running back Adrian Peterson has been ruled out for Sunday's game at Atlanta, according to Tom Pelissero of ESPN Twin Cities.

Fantasy Spin:

Peterson is dealing with a high-ankle sprain, and while he was optimistic of playing this week, the Vikings ultimately did not give the stud the green light. Toby Gerhart will start in his absence, but is not a good bet for fantasy production - especially against Atlanta's No. 2 ranked run defense.
