Vikings Agree To Release Donovan McNabb

The Vikings have agreed to release quarterback Donovan McNabb, according to Jason LaCanfora of the NFL Network.

Fantasy Spin:

McNabb was granted his request to be released as he has been relegated to third-string on Minnesota's depth chart and rookie Christian Ponder started the last five games at quarterback. Among the quarterback-needy clubs, McNabb would probably love the chance to play for his hometown Chicago Bears - who also happen to be a rival of the Vikings.
