Adrian Peterson Ruled Out

Updating an earlier report, running back Adrian Peterson has been ruled out for Week 13 vs. Denver, according to the Associated Press.

Fantasy Spin:

Peterson was optimistic of returning from his sprained ankle, but Minnesota ultimately decided to hold him out for another week. Toby Gerhart's fantasy stock remains elevated vs. Denver's 19th ranked run defense, and merits consideration as a FLEX option.
