August 07 09:32 PM The Browns may hold rookie running back Trent Richardson out of Friday's preseason opener, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Richardson is experiencing soreness in his surgically-repaired left knee. Fantasy Spin:
Richardson underwent arthroscopic knee surgery on Feb. 3 to repair a torn meniscus. He sat out practice Tuesday, spending his time on an exercise bike with a rubber sleeve on his left leg. If he does miss Friday's game it would likely be a precautionary move that would have no impact on his standing as one of the top RBs off the board in fantasy drafts. |
