August 19 02:47 PM After 49ers running back Brandon Jacobs left Saturday's game with a knee injury, San Francisco coach Jim Harbaugh said the running back will miss time but won't be out for the season. Fantasy Spin:
X-rays were negative, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, so it appears Jacobs avoided an ACL tear or a ruptured patellar tendon. Jacobs will have an MRI Sunday that should provide more information on just how much time he'll have to miss. |
