Dontari Poe has agreed to terms with the Cowboys
Details of the deal are not yet known, however, Poe will become a member of the Dallas Cowboys in 2020. He'll join forces with Pro Bowl DT Gerald McCoy on the Cowboys line. The former 2012 first-round pick out of Memphis started his career in Kansas City before joining Atlanta and then most recently Carolina. Poe played 11 games last season for the Panthers, recording 22 tackles (seven tackles for loss) and four sacks. He'll add some veteran toughness up front for Dallas this upcoming season.

Fantasy Spin:
Former Panthers DT Dontari Poe has agreed to terms with the Dallas Cowboys, per sources.

T Sharpe (TEN)

Tajae Sharpe agrees to one-year deal with Minnesota Vikings
With Stefon Diggs off to the Buffalo Bills via a trade, the Vikings have an opening at wide receiver alongside Adam Thielen. Sharpe only caught 25 passes for the Titans last season but is still just 25 years old and seemingly has room for development. He will have to earn the starting job in Minnesota, but the opportunity is there for him.

Fantasy Spin:
Free-agent wide receiver Tajae Sharpe has agreed to a one-year deal with the Minnesota Vikings, according to a report from NFL insider Ian Rapoport.

Allen Bailey agrees to a one-year, $4.5M extension with the Falcons
The nine-year veteran lineman is now signed with the Falcons through 2021. He came to Atlanta in 2019 after playing eight seasons with the Chiefs. He's technically considered a defensive end, but he didn't rack up the sacks last year in Atlanta, recording just one on the season.

Fantasy Spin:
DL Allen Bailey has signed a one-year, $4.5M extension with the Atlanta Falcons, that includes a $3.25M signing bonus, per his agent Drew Rosenhaus.

Mike Pennel re-signs with the Chiefs on a one-year deal
Pennel won a Super Bowl in 2019 with the Chiefs, and hopes to repeat in 2020 after signing a one-year deal with the team today. The six-year veteran started his career with Green Bay in 2014, before joining the Jets in 2017. His career high for tackles in a season is 35 in 2017. Pennel adds solid depth to the Kansas City defensive line.

Fantasy Spin:
DT Mike Pennel is re-signing a one-year deal with the Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs.

T Eifert (CIN)

Tyler Eifert reaches two-year deal with the Jaguars
Eifert will reunite with Jaguars offensive coordinator Jay Gruden. He totaled 43 catches for 436 yards and three touchdowns across 16 games for the Bengals in 2019. It was the only season in which he played 16 contests in his entire NFL career. With the move to Jacksonville, Eifert's fantasy value doesn't change much, and he should be considered a borderline TE2 for 2020 fantasy drafts.

Fantasy Spin:
Tyler Eifert is signing a two-year, $15.5 million contract with the Jaguars.
12:01 AM
R Rodgers (PHI)

Richard Rodgers signs with the Redskins
Rodgers spent four seasons with the Packers prior to joining the Eagles in 2018. He only played seven games for Philadelphia in 2018, catching just one pass. He missed all of the 2019 season due to injury. Rodgers will hope to overcome his injury-prone label, and provide depth at the tight end position for the Redskins. Look for him to be used more for his blocking ability than his pass-catching skills.

Fantasy Spin:
Former Eagles and Packers TE Richard Rodgers has agreed to a deal with the Washington Redskins.

B Perriman (TBB)

Breshad Perriman inks one-year deal with the Jets
Perriman ended the 2019 season on fire, putting together three consecutive 100-yard games. He finished last year with 36 receptions, 645 yards and six touchdowns across 14 games. With Robby Anderson heading to Carolina, Perriman could solidify himself as Sam Darnold's number one target. The 26-year-old will be a borderline WR3 in upcoming 2020 fantasy drafts.

Fantasy Spin:
Breshad Perriman is signing a one-year, $8 million contract with the Jets. The deal includes $6 million guaranteed.
10:55 PM
D Funchess (IND)

Devin Funchess expected to sign with the Packers
Funchess broke his collar bone in the Colts' opener and ended up being placed on injured reserved, missing the rest of the season. He finished with three catches for 32 yards in his only game as a Colt in 2019. Funchess gives Aaron Rodgers a big target, and could see a small boost in fantasy value. The 25-year-old wide receiver is mainly a stash in dynasty-league formats.

Fantasy Spin:
The Packers are expected to sign wide receiver Devin Funchess.
09:38 PM
N Vigil (CIN)

Nick Vigil signs a one-year deal with the Chargers
Vigil, a 2016 third-round pick out of Utah State, played four seasons with Cincinnati. He's increased his production each year, and in 2019 he started all 16 games, recording 111 tackles. He'll look to start at linebacker for the Chargers this upcoming season.

Fantasy Spin:
Former Bengals LB Nick Vigil is signing a one-year deal with the Los Angeles Chargers.
07:36 PM
R Anderson (NYJ)

Robby Anderson agrees to a two-year, $20M deal with the Carolina Panthers
Anderson is reunited with his former college coach at Temple, Matt Rhule. Undrafted in 2016, Anderson has had four productive seasons with the Jets. He hasn't had consistent quarterback play or coaching, which has suppressed his overall fantasy ceiling in New York. He'll join forces with QB Teddy Bridgewater, WRs D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel, and RB Christian McCaffrey in Carolina this upcoming season. That's a lot of speed and firepower from the skill positions, and it'll be interesting to see how all are utilized. McCaffrey and Moore are the first two options for the Panthers on offense, but Anderson could quickly become the third. Consider him a WR3 for the time being with Bridgewater somewhat limited as to how much he can throw the football. This will also open up more targets in New York for WR Jamison Crowder, who quickly became a favorite target of QB Sam Darnold last season.

Fantasy Spin:
Former Jets WR Robby Anderson is headed to Carolina on a two-year, $20M deal, with $12M in year one.

C Newton (CAR)

Cam Newton officially released by the Panthers
As expected, Newton was officially released by the Panthers on Tuesday. It was reported that Newton passed a physical on Monday, and both his shoulder and foot checked out fine. The 31-year-old quarterback will try to prove he has something left in the tank. Newton threw for 29,041 yards with 182 touchdowns and 108 interceptions across nine seasons as a Carolina Panther. The former NFL MVP will become an unrestricted free agent and look to latch onto another team this offseason.

Fantasy Spin:
Cam Newton was released by the Panthers on Tuesday.

N Agholor (PHI)

Nelson Agholor reportedly unlikely to return to Eagles
Agholor had a rough season dealing with drops and injuries. He wound up catching just 39 passes for 363 yards. He's still just 26 years old, however, and not a bad reclamation project for a team in need of receiver depth.

Fantasy Spin:
Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer writes that free agent Nelson Agholor is "unlikely to return".

E Sanders (SFO)

Emmanuel Sanders open to re-signing with 49ers
"At the end of the day, I enjoyed this season. I love the Niners organization, so we're going to see what's to happen" were Sanders' exact words. San Francisco doesn't have a lot of receiver depth so bringing back the veteran wideout would seem to be in their interest as well.

Fantasy Spin:
Emmanuel Sanders says he is open to re-signing with the 49ers this off-season.
