Fantasy Spin:
Ratliff has quietly evolved into one of the better interior defensive linemen in the league. He finished second on the team in sacks (behind only DeMarcus Ware) with seven, and anchored the Cowboys' third-ranked rush defense in 2009 from his nose tackle position. Ratliff's impending surgeries are considered minor procedures, and he should be at 100% by the start of training camp.
