Freeney misses final tune-up

Indianapolis Colts' defensive end Dwight Freeney missed the team's final tune-up before Super Bowl XLIV, sitting out practice again on Saturday because of a torn ligament in his right ankle. Freeney has not practiced all week, and is listed as questionable to face the New Orleans Saints tomorrow evening in the season finale.

Fantasy Spin:
Freeney will test the ankle in pre-game warm-ups on Super Sunday, and we're guessing he sees the field in some capacity tomorrow night. The number of snaps he plays, and the degree to which he is effective on those snaps, however, is truly anybody's guess at this point.
